Somebody explain why I can’t dress up as Micheal Jackson if I want to. It’s a specific character, not a race. Same thing with Mr. T.

I think this is fine, so long as it’s not done as a means to disparage the race. Blackface is clearly racial. Dressing up as Mike Tyson with a bunch of fake face tattoos and making fun of his voice is parodying the person...which comedians do all the time. Not sure that’s the same as blackface.
