Whether it’s Barrett or whoever. If another accuser comes forward, it’s going to make it impossible to confirm Kavenaugh. All they have to do is flip two. Flake, Collins, and Murkowski will probably vote no now. And this makes it doubtful any red state dems will vote yes. And this was all so predictable. Should have held the vote last week and said the hell with them.

If the GOP folds on this they will have forever corrupted major tenets of the American system such as due process and burden of proof. Not only that they will be complicit in ruining a man and his family for the rest of their lives.
