I’ve had many occasions to travel through that area on both business and vacation, staying at the hotel at the mall or one nearby. On visiting the mall shops over the last 25 years, I’ve seen that location degenerate from what one would call middle to upper middle class and likeable and pleasant to loud, grubby, dirty and low class. Still, a shooting involving a little girl is beyond the pale. Hope the criminals are caught and executed.
