Shaking hands, who is doing it?

I am, if it is offered.
If not, I do the China Virus elbow bump, but I prefer shaking hands. Went to my favorite restaurant today, the owner offered me the elbow bump, but I looked at him and said, "Can i shake your hand?"
he smiled and reached out, I loved it! I'm happy to be respectful and will wear a mask when I am on an appointment IF (and only if) the homeowner requests it.
Normally, it is someone else offering a hand, but this time I was the customer!
And I am ready for the nonsense to end. I am so excited that things are more open and grateful to live in a FREE state.
Looking forward to taking my babies to the beach next week!

Had a church work day recently where I extended the right hand of fellowship.
I did promptly wash my hands afterward, but I do that anyway.

Never stopped. Have had very, very few people not shake. A couple elbow bump. One guy sticks his foot out. I find that weird. Most everyone in my circle shakes hands.

Off and on. Depends upon the person and if he or she offers or is receptive.
