Serious question: What does Snoop's not replying to Rice tell us about the swamp?

To me, it says that it's very real and far reaching. Somebody other than Rice is telling him to STFU... and I'm not talking about his agent.
Edit: My bad, I thought the poli board was aware of this.
To summarize: Snoop Twitted to Gayle King to STFU or he would come for her bc she recently asked Lisa Leslie in an interview a question about Kobe's rape allegations.
Susan Rice came to her defense on Twitter and told snoop to STFU or an army would come for him and it wouldn't be pretty.
That was a few days ago and Snoop's chicken shite self hasn't replied.
