Sen. Schumer Comment on the radio?

While I rarely start a thread and while there are a number of threads which seem to be mostly talking about the same subject, I did not know which one was most appropriate to post my comments...so, I started the thread.
However, yesterday on either the Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity radio show (I can't remember on which I heard the comment), an audio clip of Sen. Schumer say something like (not an exact quote) this administration should have known better than to pick a fight with the intelligence community because they have "3 ways to Sunday" to bring you down. This statement is very disturbing on so many levels that it is disheartening at best and downright frightening at worst.
Do these people hate Trump so much they are willing to admit and, worse, accept that our intelligence apparatus can and would be willing to engage in subverting our constitution to actually use their power to bring down any American citizen much more a legally voted and sworn in President? My question really is if Schumer believes this enough to say that it could happen, then why don't they forget about the Russians (all governments, our's included, practice in subversive activities...this is no mystery nor should it be shocking to anyone) and investigate the destructive and unconstitutional actions of our IC?
This is what should be the outrage, but it seems to be okay because the "activity" is focused on bringing down Trump. And, just for the record, as much as I did not want Hillary to be the President, if she were and this was happening to her, I would have the same concerns and fears.

Schumer said it on one of the Sunday shows.

Yes. Absolutely.
This is blood sport for the left.

Dennis Kucinich is actually talking about this. He is a left winger I have much respect for.

Is this a rhetorical question? Because it seems like a rhetorical question.........

They hate the idea of people having freedom and they see this movement as taking their power & money from them. Plus they can say whatever they want because there are no repercussions. They'll still get elected next go round.
