He said that a number of lawsuits that were filed by Trump’s team were dismissed on standing rather than the merits of the argument. Following the Nov. 3 election, Trump’s legal team filed dozens of suits in different states; most were thrown out before being heard due to a lack of standing.
“The one thing I think is untrue is that the courts fully heard this,” Paul said at a Heritage Foundation event this week. “Courts have been hesitant to get involved in elections.”
Paul added that judges have to decide whether officials, including secretaries of state, can change election laws without permission or votes from state legislatures. State officials, citing the COVID-19 pandemic, made various changes to election laws, including expanding the deadline and requirements for mail-in balloting.
The Kentucky Republican also said states should pass election integrity laws that specifically say a secretary of state can’t create a rule to mail out ballots or make changes if the law doesn’t expressly give them the power to do so, according to the Washington Times.

They didn't hear them AT ALL.
No court has looked at the overwhelming evidence of MASSIVE F*CKING VOTER FRAUD.
And, every attempt to audit Dominion voting machines has been fought at every level -- sometimes by Republicans -- to make SURE that Dominion is NEVER audited.
And, to my knowledge, NONE have been audited. I think they are looking at doing it in New Hampshire, but I'm pretty sure it will be Democrats doing the rubber stamp audit.
THAT ALONE should give anyone with half a functioning brain pause.

Waiting for the crowd that says Paul doesn’t do enough.
Everyone else has moved on, but he’s still going after the issue that got us here.

AZ is going to do a full forensic audit of Maricopa County. That may be the first domino to fall.
Fulton County had a 94% failure rate electronic ballot scanning and reading resulting in "adjudication." That could be domino number 2.

That’s because Trump’s attorneys did not allege election fraud.
Here is the audio recording from court in Pennsylvania where Giuliani stated directly that they did Not Allege Fraud.

I suspect the audit team is working with facts, unlike most of the MASSIVE FRAUD claimants on this site.
