Hannity, along with Fox Business host Lou Dobbs and a host of Fox staffers, is set to be deposed in late October over the network’s debunked reporting on Rich, which falsely claimed that he had leaked thousands of Democratic emails to WikiLeaks—a leak, they suggested, that led to his politically-motivated murder.

The depositions have been scheduled as part of an emotional distress and tortious interference lawsuit that Rich’s parents, Joel and Mary Rich, filed against Fox, Fox News reporter Malia Zimmerman, and wealthy conservative and former Fox News guest Ed Butowsky. The deposition schedule was revealed in a Thursday court filing made by the Rich family.

Both the Richs’ legal team and Fox News didn’t respond to requests for comment.

Not an ideal look..

Yeah, that's gonna go far. Maybe Hannity's Counsel can depose Hillary as well.

They need to ask Assange. Not Hannity and Dobbs.

When you see parents run interference for those who murdered their kid, you know you're dealing with very evil and very powerful people.

One would think so. The Gaslight Media helped push the Trump/Russia collusion hoax.

why are they doubling down on this? do Seth's parents have any more answers? Do Seth's parents not care that Debbie Washherhair Scuhltz's brother was the DA that closed this case w/o answering why a man would be murdered in a robbery with his rolex still on?

Dude was Alive at the Hospital. What happened at the Hospital?
I say we depose everybody. This case has never been investigated.

Because they don't care. Progressive politics is a cult. Every prog poster on this site would sacrifice a close family member to see Trump ousted from office. It appears the Rich family would rather see their party's platform advanced by psychopaths than have justice for their son. These are sick, deranged people we're dealing with.

Didn’t Podesta say something like whoever leaked they’d be made an example of?

Or maybe someone could investigate the actual murder.

It's an open secret in DC that Seth Rich was murdered by the democrats. They will all admit it to you, one on one in private. But in public, they will all pretend to believe that Seth Rich was actually just murdered in a robbery gone wrong.

That's how DC works, you have to go with the flow, even if it means purposely believing and advancing a lie.

Most people who live in DC have no problem with Seth Rich being murdered for being a traitor to the democrats. There is no greater sin in Washington than betraying the establishment. It's not just Seth Rich's parents who are putting progressive ideology over getting justice for their son, its all of Washington.

Many Washington dwellers will admit in private that yes, Seth Rich was murdered for leaking, and yes, he got what he deserved. Under no circumstances will betraying the powers in Washington be tolerated.

The claim has gone on to be repeatedly debunked, by both former Special Counsel Robert Mueller and the Senate Intelligence Committee.

Cool do we get to have another look at the DNC server and not take the word of DNC bought and paid for Crowdstrike?
