No money in a cure.
That's just not true.
Imatinib cures a specific type of CML.
It is very expensive.
The company makes a lot of money.
The patient gets cured.
There are other examples.
Cures can be quite cost-effective for the manufacturer, especially when they make the first/only one.
The problem is that disease is generally complex and, in many cases (hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, COPD), patient behavior has played a role to get you to that point that is essentially irreversible.

ummm...there's millions and millions of dollars in cures.
people that believe the conspiracy theory that doctors don't want to find cures because there's more money in the illness are idiots

You're mad because someone pointed out something that wasn't correct? Don't you want to be precise in order to adequately convey your thoughts? I don't get this. Everyone makes mistakes. What's wrong with learning?

You could answer it too, but it appears you learned nothing as well.

Wrong. Those five posts on Joe’s dementia would be because he claimed that after the Senate he founded JHC and then moved on to be an MD some time later.

Does the infectious diseases guy from the CDC who disappeared last year and was later found dead, floating in the river from "suicide" factor into this?
Who else remembers that, and thought it peculiar at the time???
