This enables Republican Senators in tight races to oppose it and strengthen their position against their Dim opponents. Then once the Senate is securely retained, nominate his first choice. 38D chess.

Knowing this, the Dems and RINOs "call his bluff" and go ahead and confirm. But Trump was wise to them.....it was who he wanted the entire time.
