Scenario: Democrats had their own America and Conservatives had their own America

So we have two 2 separate countries controlled exclusively by one ideology and it's principals.
in the long run which ruling ideology would you want to live under and why?
what are some areas where the economy would benefit from each system or ideology? what areas would tumble and why?
For Example : Democrats would create and implement social healthcare and provide these services to illegals...
PS, I left out the GOP because they are pretty much the Democrats of yesterday.

Considering that it's the blue states that subsidize the red states, I'd be willing to guess which nation would last.

DEMS would occupy the big cities and the REPS will own the rest of land.....
REPS will own the farms and starve the DEMS out.
DEMS will then go to CHINA for food and will not be able to supply, but SLEEPY and his team will have plenty of $$$$, but no food.
