San Francisco 's Human Poop Map Shows City Is In Deep Doo-Doo

The outbreak can be directly tied to the homeless problem in California, which is only exacerbated by a constant flow of liberal policies that make removing homeless encampments difficult and even allow for the homeless to set up camp in places like the front lawn of Los Angeles City Hall and other public parks.

Question:
Is it illegal to shite in the street in SF? Do people accost the person taking the dump?
If not, i guess it would be kind of cool to go take a shite in front of the Transamerica building just to do it.
Maybe at Pacbell off the side of the outifield bleachers and into the bay?

I was in SF 2 weeks ago and the first day I was there some bum was dropping a deuce in a potted plant by ghirardelli square. There was a few Asians taking pictures of the guy like he was a tourist attraction.

Had a friend that would go to New York for about a year. He told me one time he was walking and had to take a dump. He went into an alcove and opened up his umbrella, to shield him from people, and proceeded to let loose.

Cops dont' care. Most places in America if you piss or shite in public you are going to get cited.
Why cite the homeless? They aren't going to show up to court, they can't pay the fine and the city doesn't want to bother to put them in the tank for a night...then you have to process them.
Despite having more dogs than any city in the world, S.F.ers actually pick up after their dog on the streets.
So if you see shite on the streets, you know it's human.
