I just don’t understand the philosophy of indicting military members. Our military hacks other countries files as well as part of our intelligence organization for national security. Are we going to be ok when China does the same?

Would be a great indictment if only they had done an investigation. None of this will hold up in court because they never looked at the servers. Let me know the last time a 3rd party investigation resulted in criminal convictions.
