Honore' is now in the process of letting Pelosi, Schumer and, and possibly McConnell off the hook, for not giving the green light to House and Senate security and Capitol Police the assistance of Nation Guard troop BEFORE the shite hit the fan. What a neat set up to keep Nancy blameless.

Of all of the worthless Officers I dealt with in over 20 years, he was the worst.
My first personal experience dealing with that incompetent a-hole was when he was a Brigadier General serving as the Deputy Commanding General of the 1st Cavalry Division in like 97 or so. Before Katrina.
The epitome of a poor leader.

After thinking about it more, he is the biggest POS officer I've ever known.
Officers come and I can't remember any of them but him because he was so bad.

A bunch of environmental activists hired him to oppose new LDEQ regulations. He wrote an op ed that was so ignorant and blatantly factually incorrect. Of course it had the desired effect and regulations that hadn't been revised in almost 20 years still remain in place.

He was actually a decent Division Commander in Korea. His driving policies for tactical vehicles ultimately kept the Soldiers involved in the 2002 fatality that caused widespread riots across the country out of prison.

I got to see Honore' in action at the Superdome. We had our operations setup on top of the parking garage. Honore's routine consisted of smoking a cigar and looking for reporters to talk to. He literally did nothing in between interviews except stand around trying to look impressive. He is a douche who would have maxed out at lieutenant colonel if he was white.

Well when you are the DCG of the largest heavy armored division in the world, his decisions on maintenance protocols for aging M1A1 Abrams tanks put a lot of us in serious danger.
He came down to the UMCP raising all kinds of hell because the forward mods on our engines were blowing. That guy didn't even know what V-Packs were, much less how to clean them in desert conditions.
