The line can be blurry. A group of middle aged tourists were let into the capitol a couple weeks back...a few crazies were there, shite happened. Next thing you know they're "over throwing" the government.

But even that, people are dumb. After this recent election, everyone should know to vote out a lot of incumbents, but I bet next election they vote in the same old swamp creatures that will laugh all the way to the bank...

SCOTUS made no such ruling. Put away the bubble gum cards.
SCOTUS choose to stay out of what they had no Constitutional authority to rule. The Constitution is specific regarding State rights to conduct and manage their own voting.
It was up to the state legislatures to rule on the violations of their laws and Constitutions.

No, that is incorrect. It is up to state courts to rule on the legality of state laws/elections. And state courts DID rule that there was no widespread election fraud.
