RUDY Drop - When? What? Where?

As we all know ole Rudy is on record saying today he will release the evidence showing the business connection between Hunter and Joe...allegedly not just showing Joe lied about discussing Hunter's foreign business dealings but that there is actual evidence of criminal misconduct.
What's the PTs guess on when he drops it, what he actually drops and what network will release it.
When - 3pm
What - Vague E-mails and Txts that amount to smoke
Where - OANN
I think we can agree, today is the day, if Rudy doesn't drop something tantalizing this is a bunch of Hunter issues and some super shady, vague e-mails that allude to more but are hardly anything concrete.
