100% agree; even though he is most notably known for playing a goofy person in Mr. Bean, he's actually very educated. He has a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Oxford.

He’s clearly brilliant. He also played a goofy character in a movie called “Rat Race”. He pulls off that character well, showing he’s also a good actor. Although you could say he has been type cast.

Good for Mr. Bean. JK Rowling needs to step up and get off just the trans women's rights stuff and come out against some of the arrests too. This is all way bigger than just one topic but she's to hard of a leftie to get out of the shell.

I'll admit that when he starts rubbing his nose at the 40ish second mark I laughed and start waiting for the goofy bit.
