I would think he nailed his coffin shut with the press conference just prior to the summit and needs to be fired. All the information RR supposedly released had already been cited in the congressional report and thus the only reason to hold the presser was to inflict political damage prior to the meeting with Putin. However, the firing must be done and the spin handled carefully to ensure MSM and the establishment can try to paint the picture of obstruction.
