I don't think it is unreasonable to describe our politics as competing cults, at least at this current time.

Honestly, Rose McGowan, as crazy as she can be, is an extremely principled person. I respect her opinion thanks to that. If someone on her “side” betrays a central principle she stands for and especially if they lie about it, she’ll call them out and ally with people like (colloquially) us.
I can talk and negotiate with people like Rose McGowan. She comes from concrete principles and not from tyranny. She’s from the liberals I say continuously we need to bring in the fold and make our allies. We have to convince truly principled people like her to join our cause.

Completely agree, but the current information distribution network in this country only points that fact out when a conservative says something ridiculous. My problem with this country today is that when a progressive, liberal, democrat whatever does the very same thing it is echoed as genius, maintstream, and far from fanatical. This is very dangerous.
