The whole thing could be a hoax.
But it doesn't matter. Even if it is and got debunked, the left will still feel like it is real and keep acting that way.

It appears that the decision is made and the opinion is written. The leak may have come from a leftist judge's clerk(s) in order to influence a majority voter to change their vote or to whip up the crowd into an anti-right pitch ahead of midterms.

They started last night. Apparently there’s a case before SCOUS that some think will lead to Roe . Wade being overturned. That’s what I’ve been able to glean from the situation. Hopefully some others can shed more light on what’s going on.
