Wow, if you get a chance to watch this interview, it explains a lot about why Baltimore is in the situation it is in.

Just saw it and WOW. What a dummy. He says all problems are due to 400 years of racism. Why was Baltimore a great city 50 years ago ? Why didn’t racism hurt Baltimore then ?

Apparently 400 years of structural racism has crippled the city and what it needs is more money and more housing provided by the federal government. Tucker had a look of "this guy is an idiot" on his face the entire interview. It is embarrassing that people so ignorant get elected to office.

I have no connections to Baltimore, but that was a painful interview to watch. That guy was the embodiment of how hopeless the city's situation appears to be.

Baltimore wasn't its own city until 1723.
2019 - 400 = 1619.
Basically, this brain donor is saying that racism that existed 104 years before Baltimore was even a city is why the problems there today exist.
