That young man is lucky to be alive.
But sometime soon, one of these nimrods isn’t going to walk away from the police/feds.

But what I find amazing about the OP article is that Crombie did not interview LaBella, or his sister who is there on site. Instead, he interviewed the mother a half continent away, who's not seen LaBella in months.

La Bella, 50, lives outside of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and has not been able to travel to Oregon to see her son.

Umm, yeah...that's how a hospital operates. No one gets rest in a hospital. It's not the fricking Ritz Carlton. It's meant to heal not to be a 5 star sleep accommodation.
It'd be nice to hear her THANK the people who saved the life of her twerp son.
