Mail-In Ballot fraud found in many elections. People are just now seeing how bad, dishonest and slow it is. Election results could be delayed for months. No more big election night answers? 1% not even counted in 2016. Ridiculous! Just a formula for RIGGING an Election....

The 20% number comes from New Jersey, IIRC, where a bunch of Paterson area individuals have gotten charged with voter fraud.

We've had mail-in ballots in many states for many years. Investigations out the wazoo by both sides to find rampant fraud to almost no avail. President once again showing his arse and proving he has no clue what he is talking about. Shocker!

Historically the accusations have been that the GOP suppresses votes while the Dems stuff the ballot box.
The former has been argued but not necessarily proven.
The latter has historically been proven (Tammany Hall, “Landslide” Lyndon Johnson) and keeps anecdotally happening in every close race (both Gregoire-Rossi races in WA, Franken-Coleman in MN, etc).
