Rick Perry teases possible 2024 presidential bid.

Hmm? He actually has a very likeable personality. His "oops" gaffe was long enough ago that he can just laugh it off now. He served as Energy Secretary under Trump, so has federal experience. He was a much better governor and tons more conservative than Abbott.
I don't think I'd give him a snowball's chance in Hell, really, but even John McCain rose from 5th in the polls to be the eventual Republican nominee.
Would be much more interesting to listen to than DeSantis, who has difficulty connecting with people.

Is this the TX Gvnr that had a bunch of tollways built in TX that are all owned by some European country?
Timing wise I'm sure a lot of what we are seeing TX right now started under him.
