If people want to get fat they are free to do so, as long as taxes are not paying for their healthcare. I dont pay taxes so that some fat frick can gorge themselves on the public dime, go to the ER, and rack up a 5-6 figure bill once again covered by those who contribute

Imagine if a politician rewarded hard working tax payers and incentivized doing the right thing?

Im sure the immigrants in Michigan and Minnesota would have a problem with ground pork though, which costs about 33% less than ground beef
It is so much cheaper. Cooking 4 servings of a pasta/meat sauce/veggies can be done for about ~$25 at home. That would be $40+ in fast food, microwaveable meals would not have enough calories to sustain a person at that price point (not to mention the sodium), it just makes no sense.
And if someone is so broke they are on welfare, their time aint expensive. They can spend 20 minutes making dinner.

I'm as conservative as they come, but every kid deserves to eat out every once in a while. I am ok with this as long as its being used by families in need.

But nothing...
Open your own wallet if you feel obliged but it's a luxury to dine out.
