For the sake of the argument, someone must really tell the people looking to fight for reparations to go after the Europeans...Surely they realize the USA government wasn't around from 1619-1776 right? Then the Louisiana Purchase wasn't til 1803. This always perplexes me. The UK, France, and Spain played a much larger role.
