Louisiana was one of the sights the government looked at before they settled on Cape Canaveral. We can't lose out to Florida again but I'm sure JBE will find a way to screw this up.

He didn't mention the Cyber Innovation Center in Bossier. Seems that could be a good selling point for bringing in the space command.

Honestly would be a good thing, but infrastructure and experience for space is really centered around Peterson AFB, Schriever AFB and Edwards AFB. Anything outside those would surprise me.

Also the Los Angeles Ai Force Base located in El Segundo. It is the site if the Schreiver Space Complex and is very close to LAX. It is the AF Space and Missile Systems Center.
