National VoterID AND compulsory E-Verify are just two steps we have to take.
Oppressive fines for those who employ the illegals must be part of it, too. I'd start at $250k per instance, and go from there. Employers would much rather pay an American $60k a year to pick up garbage cans than they would 4x that if caught hiring an illegal to do the same job for $15k.

I'm not opposed to microchipping them and if approved for temporary visas, have kids who are citizens, etc. - make them check in with the ICE equivalent of a parole officer to get scanned. If they're sporting a scar where the chip should be, they're insta-deported as a violation of their criminal reporting order.
