Went to a convention in down town Seattle last year. I was afraid to walk the streets due to all the homeless people. It was amazing how many there were. This was in prime downtown. No interest in going back.

That's actually not funny. There are areas called "safe injection sites" where the police are not allowed to enter by city ordinance.
