Really good breakdown of the charges against Rittenhouse with refutations of each.

This kid will walk. Link goes to Twitter.

Also, here’s is his lawyer laying out the defense. Really good. Turns out the rifle was never brought across state lines:

The charging documents read like a defense, and then 6 counts.

Honk honk

The first tagline about his state and local governments failed him seems wrong since he literally was in a different state and town.

Occam's Razor. This explanation is simple, straightforward and more than anything else appears to describe exactly what we saw on video.

I believe it 100%.

Therefore the media will never cover it and the Dems will howl 'white kkk murder' from now until eternity.

He was asked to provide security by the property owner according to the document.

Citizens have been providing security for hundreds of years in this country.

I'm not sure why you are confused that failure of the governments and municipalities leads to a direct increase in private security needs.

If he really had a job in Kenosha, their local government absolutely had an impact on his life. I have no issues with that.

Most of the defense case for Kyle looks reasonable. I was not aware the rifle was not his / his family's. I'd be interested in the defense of arming a minor and sending him into a potentially harmful situation.

The issue with the job is if the job was to carry an assault rifle outside that business and protect he can't accept the job he's not of legal age to do that.

The statement says Rittenhouse was employed as a lifeguard in Kenosha. His hometown is in Illinois, but a stone's throw from the border. If he really had a job there, the local government impacts him. This is all separate from whether or not he should have been an armed protector of property.

In the link provided it shows the governing statute in Wisconsin. Age to have the rifle: 16

Wow. Well, now we know why he left the mechanic shop and ended up running past the gas station where he was being chased by idiot #1. Kid was helping people and the scumbags attacked him for it.
