Who on this board really thinks that any Dem will see jail time?

No, and if any do it will be some low level person nobody has ever heard of that ends up being the scapegoat for everything. I don't have any faith that the ones in charge will ever be held accountable.

No one. Clinesmith would have maybe served a few months in jail; but BridgeGate cited by Barr says he will even skate for making errors.
If I heard an announcement of the Mueller lawyers being disbarred I would be happy. This won't even happen.

Anybody bother to identify any alleged crimes for which they "go to jail"?

We're still in Trump's first three years, but I am pretty sure folks have to be charged/ indicted for something first, then you go thru the motions of a trial and evidence and that sort of formality.
The only folks going to jail so far are people in the Trump administration or who served as Trump's personal lawyer.

maybe some low level hack will see a bit of "white collar" prison..
but people that think the former president of the United States will be in jail are foolish.
Him deserving it is a different argument but no way it happens. Worst that happens is Trump will pardon him.
