"Read the Mueller report"

I hear this talking point from liberals a lot when I ask them specific questions about Russian collusion and stealing the election.
Can someone tell me what section of the Mueller report talks about Russia changing votes and Americans helping them? I can't get an answer from any liberals.

Wouldn’t surprise me if there’s a Prog/Dim TDS afflicted loon 3.0 download that’s got a few bugs. The Prog/Dim Command and Control Center working closely with the DimMedia will get this download figured out before the 2020 GE. Lol!

Bingo.
Apparently they, and their programmers, conveniently skip over the part about Russia collusion. You know, the reason the investigation began and what they ran with 24/7 for years.
Mueller found no collusion. Period.
Time to move the goal posts so they claim that the second half of the report lays out 10 instances of clear obstruction. Which is totally impeachable. Unless of course Trump is president, then it is actually nothing. Or so they claim.
Things like "Trump discussed the possibility of firing Mueller" and "Trump thought about firing Mueller" etc.
Sadly they are too stupid to realize that none of that stuff amounts to actual obstruction. A president is allowed to have thoughts and conversations about executive branch personnel. Thanks to that pesky Constitution he can even take action on those thoughts and conversations if he so chooses.
But you should really just read the report. It paints a very clear picture.
