So apparently the evil bitch is still alive.

Trump will still get to replace her because no way she lives 2 more years.

The longer she hangs on the greater the lefts melt when she gets replaced!

Think about the worst possible scenario.
Trump Loses in 2020 and the dems take over the Senate.

She dies in December 2020. I would be willing to bet that Trump and Mitch would replace her rotting carcass between then and the January 23

It would be glorious!

Edit: Typo

I do not remember that RBG ever made any such assertion. Could you provide a link?

I suspect that you are referencing an interview in which she said that the US Constitution was not necessarily the best template for a new Egyptian constitution, which was in the process of being drafted at the time. She suggested also looking to several newer national constitutions, drafted to incorporate two centuries of experience under our Constitution and addressing some of its potential flaws.

I don't know how to break this to you, but Egypt in 2011 (which had been a united country for several thousand years) was not terribly similar to the 13 independent American states in 1789.

That is a mild way to put it.

She said that a better choice would be South Africa's

Take a good look at South Africa's and then get back to us as to the differences you find!

The SA constitution is much longer and more-detailed, and much easier to amend. Rather like the state constitution here in Texas.

Personally, I prefer the more-concise US Constitution, which deals more with broader concepts and leaves the details to legislation. But I would not call someone "evil" for preferring the latter approach.

Still waiting on the real analysis!

Because the above isn't what her preference is or was about!
