That article goes on to say he’s prioritizing his own finances over everything else.

I think 100% of Americans prioritize finances over everything else. At least in terms of what they want. If people want public services it’s because they don’t want to worry about paying for them. Shocking fact, everything circles back to money and can I afford to do or buy X

ETA: even if you came out with 100% indisputable proof that climate change will kill us all but it will 100% bankrupt you as an individual to fight it, every single person would take the chance that it somehow doesn’t over the guarantee that they will be bankrupt.

Why are so many people in debt then? The average American is over $93,000 in debt.

Of course this guy wrote this in the piece, they all have a look to them

" While it's surprising that he will be voting for Trump, he's incredibly financially wealthy and, obviously, his money is more important to him than climate change, systemic racism, and other issues that Trump does not prioritize."

I’m not saying they manage their finances well. I’m saying people will pick what they think will give them individual financial security or greater financial cushion over almost anything else. People want socialism because they believe it will ease their financial burden that is dedicated to the services that will be provided for “free”

His ex-girlfriend, Chelsea Handler, who he dumped after a weekend romp in New Orleans will not be happy at all.

Plus 50 Cent can't afford to undergo the name change Nickleback if that tax plan goes through.

"I think 100% of Americans prioritize finances over everything else."

This is clearly false in terms of how people vote. For example, rich northeasterners vote heavily Democratic despite higher taxes. Hardcore pro-lifers vote on that issue regardless of pretty much anything else. You could go on and on.

If Joe Biden wins, he's going to have to change his name to 25 cent.

Sure but it is debt backed by a tangible asset that can be liquidated to relieve the debt.

Mortgage debt is not in the same class as auto, student, or credit card debt.

I have $200K mortgage but I have a $300K asset attached to it. If I don't want to have the mortgage anymore, I just sell my house.

That's not an option with student loans or credit cards.
