People, like the poster cahoots on here, were worried that q1 GDP was going to be 0.3%
Well, estimates have gone from 0.3 to almost 3%
The proclamations that our Economy is slowing down may be premature

It would be even better if not for The Fed.

Q1 is traditionally the weakest quarter, we may beat last year 2.0 number so the economy will still be increasing at an increasing rate.
The latest revisions up on forecast are due to a reduced trade deficit and strongest retail sales in a year and a half.
I wouldnt be surprised to see a 4% for Q2. Get some trade deals finalized and cracking, woah nellie!

So long as we get the corrections on alternate Thursdays (like we did yesterday), whereupon I can buy cheap 401k shares. Then watch my retirement pile increase.

i still think 1.9 or 2.0 at best for q1

You are here again.
and you didn't leap to start the thread - you would have if the estimate was 0.5%
You are a cliche at this point.
You could really show us by going away.

i already said that i bumped my tracker as soon as it went up to 2.8- and that wasn't even today.
the thread was anchored, and i wouldn't be the least bit surprised if your bitch arse was one of the quims that whined to have it done

Inflation would be higher too
This is awesome news, and supports the assertion that the fed is acting in a productive manner. Won’t ever understand why this board is always so quick to turn every economic development into a critique of the fed
