Correct. He knows if he takes that step that it means full on nuclear war. Of course he wouldn't be making this threat if the Biden dream team and neocons were not so hellbent on putting NATO at his doorstep and running the worlds largest money laundering op at the same time.
Instead of seeking diplomatic relations and trade relations with Russia, we continue to alienate them, much to their detriment as much as the the west's.
