Apparently Russia has one of the highest hiv rates in the world. Lotta buttfricking and intravenous drug use over there. You had to know something was up when we learned how much they loved wnba basketball and had cratering birth rates.

How do you think they got it in prison? I could be wrong but I would imagine it wasn’t from a blood transfusion
