He's already said he wouldn't interfere since it's approved by the FDA. And other companies are still doing it presumably.

Publix was the only pharmacy willing to fill my ivermectin RX when i caught the 'vid.

That's not the point. We don't need 50 rabbit trails on every discussion. Focus.
Desantis accepted the fed's purview on approving drugs. Publix made a private business decision based on ethical concerns regardless of the bureaucrats at the FDA. I like that they don't outsource their ethics to the federal goverment.

Several instances of children receiving adult doses (aka massive overdose) of vaccine have already occurred. That's a made-for-media lawsuit just waiting to fill an ambulance chaser's pockets.
