Wait, you want the FBI to raid other homes? Of people who pushed someone?

Will the DOJ pay for his legal bills considering this was a frivolous lawsuit?

The DOJ is nothing more than the gestapo organization of the Biden administration.
F every three lettered agency in DC, especially the DOJ.
Thank you to the St. Thomas More Society for representing innocent patriots.

No
He wants other juries to acquit people who are being harassed and bullied by the FBI...

Houck, 48, of Kintnersville in rural Bucks County, Pennsylvania, acknowledged that he twice pushed a volunteer escort outside a Planned Parenthood facility on Oct. 13, 2021, though Houck maintained he did so because the clinic volunteer was verbally harassing Houck’s 12-year-old son.
After local authorities declined to press charges, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) stepped in, dispatching a team of FBI agents to arrest Houck at gunpoint in front of his terrified wife and children.
The verdict is a victory for pro-life advocates who rallied to Houck’s defense and a rebuke to the Biden administration’s Justice Department, which has pledged to aggressively enforce the FACE Act in the wake of last year’s U.S. Supreme Court ruling overturning Roe v. Wade.
U.S. District Judge Gerald Pappert himself raised the possibility that the case should never have been brought to trial, asking the prosecution Thursday whether the federal FACE Act didn’t “seem to be stretched a little thin here.”
A special thanks to the 81 million "voters" in our fair Republic whose installed regime is now stretching the "law" to harass political enemies.

This is a sad day for the leftist scum on this site who think it's a federal crime for a father to shove someone who was in the face of said father's 12 year-old son. This guy faced 11 years in prison if convicted, while the 2 lawyers who firebombed a cop car got a combined 2.5 years in jail.

Absolutely not. That's part of their playbook. Even if the defendant wins, they're still out tens, if not hundreds, of thousands in legal fees. The DOJ has unlimited resources, so they can afford to engage in lawfare to break anyone they want and to serve as a warning to others.

Sounds like our country is no longer free, and our goobermint has become tyrannical.

As mentioned I mean more acquittals.
Notable that this got to a jury around the same time the FIRST charges were filed in the hundreds of attacks/firebombings of pregnancy crisis centers. There were a number of pro-life folks selected for persecution because the DOJ was mad at SCOTUS, so let's hope they get similar results.
Obviously the left doesn't care much about propriety or the appearances of neutrality, but going on a rampage arresting pro lifers for peaceful protest after the overturn of Roe is certainly one of the most blatant abuses we've seen. It's pure retaliation.

Been keeping up with this trial and praying for Houck. The charges against him were flat out fictional. If justice is to be done, the bottom feeders who filed the complaint would time in prison. The real story is that Houck was protecting his little boy from an abusive adult male security/"patient escort"(media spin) employee of the baby killing factory. Houck was forced to intervene by getting in between his son and the abortion clinic employee because of the threats and abuse directed at his son. Later, (after coordination with the Biden DOJ) Houck was subjected to a dawn raid by Biden’s FBI, with dozens of heavily armed agents swarming the family’s property. This was more Biden DOJ abuse coordination with Planned Parenthood, trying to invent another crisis.

DOJ will pay the price next time a Republican gets elected to the White House. They still have non violent J6ers locked up with no daylight while letting Antifa scum walk free.

The video of the FBI's raid, at dawn, is scary as shite. Agents with guns drawn stormed the home & dragged the father out in cuffs as his wife & kids stood on the porch crying. Real rough tough agents.

Which will never happen again unless we clean up our elections, which the Uniparty has no interest in doing.

And who’s in charge of the DOJ and FBI raids?
Merrick “The Moderate Jurist”Garland, the one time Obama nominee for the Supreme Court!

Incidentally, my kid's Catholic school in BR has an ATF agent speaking on drugs, gang violence, and the like. I'm conflicted, because he's a dad and seems like a really good dude from our conversations. I just can't bring myself to support the ATF in any regard, though.

Why is it always a stormtrooper raid with these thugs nowadays? I don't like that the FACE Act even exists. But, to the extent they want to enforce this crap, just make a normal arrest of the guy. Jesus.
