With out the enlisted personnel esp the NCOs the military would come to a complete stand still.
Good quality officers actually listen to their enlisted folks and shoot their concerns up the chain of command.

I'm not in the military so I can't speak to the pain in the arse this parade may be, but my main issue with the parade is that it conjures up images of China and the Soviet Union. I don't get the point.

I love our military but this is stuff dictators do and I rather spend that money to help out veterans in the VA.
