I read something about Trump giving the Legion of Merit award to him for making peace with Qatar and ending a boycott but who knows. LINK
Trump did say he expected 5 or 6 more countries to join the Abraham Accords and Kuwait could be one of them since they are allies of Saudi Arabia.
