President Trump and the lack of "Ruffles and Flourishes"

I'm sitting here on Facebook Live watching the arrival ceremony with TRUMP and Lil Mac, and it dawned on me that it's seriously the first time that I've ever seen President TRUMP introduced with the traditional "Ruffles and Flourishes" in nearly a year and a half of him being POTUS.
The conspiracy theorist in me says that maybe it's because CNN (which I unfortunately watch more than any other network because of travel) cuts off this part of any Trump coverage so as not to give him a "Presidential appearance".
Does anybody else notice that you hear "Ruffles and Flourishes" far less with TRUMP than with previous presidents? I remember seeing it a lot more with Obama. It's almost like the magazine cover disparity between Michael Obama and Melania Trump - is it just media bias?

Ruffles and Flourishes is a march played when announcing the arrival of a senior official.
I don't know how it works when the President is involved except that it precedes "Hail to the Chief".
For Generals, you play it once per star followed by "The General's March".

Thank you very much. I really am not into the whole pageantry of royalty or politicians so I am admittedly ignorant on this stuff.

I don't know anything about the specifics of State visits, but I admit I can't get enough of watching clips of them. From arrival to departure, I'm enamored by the whole process and the pomp and circumstance.
