Look, I don’t want to punish anyone’s success, but the wealthy have been getting a free ride at the expense of the middle class for too long.
I intend to pass one of the biggest middle class tax cuts ever — paid for by making those at the top pay their fair share.

That’s like saying, “Look, I’m not gay, but I do like to touch peckers every once in awhile…”

Inflation is a tax on poor and fixed income people. Inflation actually HELPS the rich because their tangible assets increase in value.

Taxing the rich always works. It’s like like they will just move all their assets overseas ….

Then why is inflation running rampant Joe? I'm middle to upper middle class, and it's extremely obvious that dumb monetary policy has affected my purchasing power and continues to sky rocket housing prices.

lol because 42-48% is not enough

Hi Joe.
How did you become a multimillionaire with 3 or 4 houses after retiring from political life?
Must be nice to launder your wealth thru your Crackhead spawn, and then hide your culpability in plain sight by having some moron who works for you tweet out banal left wing shite like “fair share.”

Who the frick does the think he's talking to when he says 'Look'? Like we're a bunch of petulant children that he's tired of repeating him self too.
Why don't we cut government spending instead of taxing people who work hard? There are plenty of social programs that just throw money at problems that will never go away.

Imagine being dumb enough to believe raising taxes helps our economy.

So the rich we’re not paying their fair share during the Obama years to? Really?
Just because Joe has the memory of a goldfish doesn’t mean everyone else does too.

The political class get the biggest free ride.
Be it insider trading, or collecting bribes under the table.
Want to impress me... start going after politicians who somehow become millionaires while in office.

Why does anyone have to "pay" for a tax cut?

This. Right. Here.
It's painfully obvious to anyone with a modicum of economic sense that the United States does not have a revenue problem, it has a spending problem.

Get manufacturing and production back on USA shores; cut dole-type social services and get rid of the oppressive portions of the administrative state while instead focusing government on the security of the people and their inalienable freedoms; promote technical careers and not the college degree racket that supposes BAs in Intersectionality are as valuable as Nursing, or Engineering, Business Administration, or Welding, or any of a plethora of learning choices that have real-life application; enforce the laws on the books that are Constitutional (I'm looking at you, Immigration).
Then: watch the society drastically improve, the family unit become restored, higher and more secure employment rates, a resurrected and burgeoning middle class, development of a much stronger tax base, and rich folks who will still be happy that their equity gambles pay off big time.
Everybody wins and everybody can still participate in the American Dream -i.e., what used to be America...
