If I were Trump I think I would let Biden have this for the time being. Trump put the resource in play to make it happen and good on him for it.
But for good or bad he didn't develop it and he entrusted others to vouch for the safety and efficacy.
Who knows how this shakes out long term. Personally, I would be slow own this thing. If I did own it to any extent I would be sure I was giving others plenty of the credit.
