Are there really a whole lot of people who can trace their success in this world to what they got out of a "community college"?

A lot of nursing professionals make a solid living off a 2 year program through Delgado.
They are of course the exception though.

There is an aviation program at the community college here that has put many a person on the government contract working for more an hour than they could have dreamed of... Of course, those are "technical" programs, which are frowned upon...
