This would be bad enough for a POTUS to say EVEN IF it was true, and border patrol agents were whipping illegal aliens...but given it's 100% false, it's down right disgusting.
I've disliked Presidents before both due to personality and due to policy...and I've been alive long enough to remember Carter...but I've never detested one like this guy. He has no redeeming qualities.
