And if she was this huge legal mind, then why did she fail the DC bar?

And sitting on a couple of boards is hardly helping abused women. And certainly laughing at and mocking rape victims is hardly "helping" abuse women.

Where is the link showing she graduated with honors. I've never seen anyone suggest that. While it is possible, given grade inflation at Yale it's also possible that 90% of the student body graduated with honors.

As far as her "Law Review" work -- nice try. She wasn't on the actual Law Review, she was on a bullshite journal that was only In existence for three years --
