One: this is not out of the ordinary. Keeping notes to remind people of key themes, order of presentation, etc is a helpful tool to ensure the smooth functioning of a talk, an event, a function, etc.

Two: I run the local miracle league in my area. We allow special needs children to place baseball. We build our own special baseball fields for them. We establish an incredible community that helps hundreds of special needs children and their families.

The local high schools have the "best buddies club", which gives members a chance to interact with special needs children. One club member is connected with one special needs child (a "buddy"). Last year, they became involved with miracle league.

Before their first visit to our baseball field, I had notes printed telling these high school club members how to talk to the parents and how to talk to the kids if they had the ability to speak. The notes were meant to transmit key themes, appropriate language, etc I wanted the club members to communicate to the kids and their families.

Are you going to sit there and trash talk these high school kids? Accuse them of not having empathy, because they were given some notes on how to hold conversation?

I can say with 100% honesty I would not.

This was an event that was meant to be an orderly conversation and productive get-together.

The "notes" clearly indicate that there was an order of questions planned in order to keep things moving along once every one finished expressing their thoughts on the previous question asked.

Is it really a big deal to keep a note on the order of questions? Even the last one looks theme-based as well. Meant to say we are wrapping up, here are my final thoughts.

The notes are clearly meant as an order-guide.

If i had to choose between a president who uses notes versus a presidential candidate who gets chucked into a van like a side of beef, i would say Hillary Clinton is not my President.
