Polls do not need to be accurate until 3-5 days before the election

There is no legal controlling authority in conducting polls about any subject.

If a poll is completely wrong, absolutely nothing happens to the group that conducts or finances the poll. Perhaps their reputation takes a hit, but that hit doesn't count for much.

Even the pollsters that were so very wrong in 2016 are still in business and still used as "newsworthy" when they publish their polls.

Here is the game they play:

1-Pollsters can publish any poll with any result that they want.

2-They really don't need to be accurate to the real possible outcome until maybe 3-5 days out. This is done to "save" their reputation. And even then, it doesn't really matter.

3-Polls are used for propaganda to push a narrative and make it seem legitimate. The complicit media (most of whom are doing the polling) play along. Most of us here know this. But, that does not include the general public. And the pollsters/media know it.

Bottom line:

Don't put ANY value into any poll about the election until maybe 3-5 days out. And even then, they still may be playing propaganda games.
