Poll, does Ford even show up Thursday?

No.

The calendar is a shot across the bow.

And her hand would start melting if she put it on the Bible.

Probably shows up and offers nothing new. Makes a fool of herself and embarrasses the Democrats while they in turn accuse the Republicans of being sexist meanie heads.

She might be a politically motivated whore, but I wouldn’t think she earned a PhD being completely stupid. Her testifying has two horrible outcomes...

1) Being exposed as a lying whore

2) Perjury

bullshite, if she doesn’t show, Kav needs to testify, go scorched earth, and they need to vote on Friday.

If she shows up, I expect her to answer a lot of “I do not recall” answers and really only says that he touched her and she felt fearful for her life. She will not give anything concrete enough for him to attempt to disprove.

UNLESS she some how negotiated a testimony not under oath, then I expect her to give very terrible details after a media company leaks his calendar.

My money is that something happens on Wednesday and she claims that if the court isn’t willing to give Ms. Ramirez a voice in the court and “countless” other victims of Brett Kavanaugh then she will protest this injustice and not testify. In this scenario there will always be unending reasons she cannot testify.

It’s a shame, I would not be this cynical if she hadn’t hired Dem operatives to represent her, if she hadn’t shopped her story to WAPO, if Feinstein would have been prompt in her handling of the letter, and if she had never taken it upon herself to get a lie detector test while at the same time saying she did not want to be identified and evil republicans leaked her name. I can at least identify the reasons not to trust this lady, but for a lot of people I am sure this just makes them think that women are lying all the time when a claim like this comes up and they won’t believe the women when it is real.

So if we don’t think she shows, how do we realistically see the next 10 days unfolding.

I think she doesn’t show, claims that republicans are bullying her and tries to delay the hearing. Says she will show up next week. I hope that republicans squash it and vote on Friday, I am afraid they give her one more chance for next Wednesday. Assuming they are in session, I don’t know what their calendar looks like.
